Manufacturing enquiries

Gyana Garments is a custom sportswear manufacturer. Product feasibility and production requirements are confirmed during quotation.

Start with the actual garment requirement

For participant shirts, volunteer apparel or corporate sports events, state the garment types, actual order quantity and size split. Attendance is not an apparel purchase quantity. Large requirements need a separate capacity and commercial assessment; no order size is pre-approved.

Samples and written specifications

Record the requested material specification, print coverage, artwork permissions, packing and sample acceptance process. Ask which details are still provisional. Do not treat a digital artwork preview as a physical production sample.

Quantity and feasibility

Minimum order quantities for selected custom sportswear products start from 10 pieces. Final feasibility, fabric, printing and customization requirements are confirmed during quotation. Export shipping is quoted separately based on the destination and shipment requirements.

Quotation scope

Custom sportswear pricing is quote-based and depends on product specification, quantity, fabric, GSM, printing, customization and applicable charges. Final pricing and inclusions are confirmed in the written quotation.

Destination and timing

Export order availability, shipping method, payment requirements, documentation and applicable charges are confirmed separately during quotation. Keep production, dispatch and transit separate. An event date is a planning constraint, not a delivery promise.

Procurement and eligibility

Identify the published submission route, deadline, eligibility, payment terms and any bid or performance security. For bundled contracts, establish whether an apparel-only lot is available. Existing apparel partners do not prove an open procurement opportunity.
