A team jersey order is easier to approve when the captain has one reliable roster. This guide turns player names, numbers and sizes into a practical review checklist without assuming that a jersey size is interchangeable with a polo or a trouser size.
1. Count the actual garments
Start with the number of jerseys required per design, not only the number of players registered for an event. List reserve players, coaches or staff separately if they need different garments. If you need shirts and trousers, identify each component on its own line. Selected custom sportswear starts from 10 pieces per design, subject to quotation feasibility; ask how the minimum applies to your exact design and garment mix.
2. Use one checked roster
Give every wearer a row with the approved printed name, shirt number, garment style and size. Include the team or design reference if several squads are involved. Check spelling, number duplication and the number of rows against the order total. Keep an approval date or version label in your own records, but do not send phone numbers, payment information or a customer database merely to print names on shirts.
3. Request the cricket-jersey measurement chart
Ask the team for the garment-specific cricket jersey chart and the agreed measuring points. The S–4XL table shown below is the owner-approved men’s polo half-sleeve chart only; it must not be used to assign cricket jersey sizes. Youth, kids, 5XL and above, and trouser or lower measurements require a separate quotation and approved order size sheet.
4. Reconcile artwork and approvals
Share authorized crest and sponsor files, colours, collar and sleeve preferences, and a single roster version. One person should reconcile feedback from the captain and sponsor before approving the mock-up. Ask where names and numbers sit on each garment panel and check their contrast. A professional team photograph can communicate inspiration but does not grant permission to copy its logo or identity.
5. Ask for a complete order-specific quote
Confirm the jersey specification, design count, quantity, personalization, sample requirement and destination. Samples are quoted separately and may take longer. Production planning follows approved specifications and a complete size sheet; shipping and transit are assessed separately. A message or requested tournament date does not automatically confirm an order or guarantee delivery.
